Dr. Satara Armstrong serves as a Professor of Social Work at Brandman University in Irvine, California. Armstrong is a passionate educator and social worker with over 10 years teaching in accredited BSW and MSW Programs. Prior to entering academia, Armstrong worked in public health and her research agenda primarily focuses on disparities in organ donation and transplant for Native Americans. She is actively involved in art for social justice and in various human rights campaigns.
